Materials, Ducks 1
Ingredients: onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, cinnamon, coriander, celery,

carrot
Spices: beer, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shi Sanxiang, wine

Method: Cut the duck pieces with boiled look, seasoning with fried a bit

and let them smell

Put all the duck meat into the pot, put cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy

sauce, salt, fried look. After the duck meat fried golden brown, pour

beer (a duck put a bottle), add into radish, using fire to boil .....

The beer into the semi-dry, when cooking, add celery (now basically

you're done), but wanted a change .... you can eat hot pot to cook turnip

and side dishes .. For a stew pot. Boil the parsley can be added.

Finally, the cook to eat Paofan ambiguous.

Haven't you tried sake instead of rice wine? It tastes better than rice wine.
