Why colic and formula? Why not colic and bf?

I have a friend who has a colicy baby and she is breastfeeding. Appearingly colic is not only formula related! In general this current craze about breastfeeding is making me sick! Formulas are so good nowadays that formula feeding seems like a much better choice to me.

You are of these women, probably, who want to live their easy lives at the expense of others, even their children. Breastfeeding is a demanding task but then if you are a loving mother you will do it. And no, formulas are not that well developed and they are far from providing health benefits equal to breastmilk's benefits. Formula is like a computer and breastmilk is like human brain. That's how far formula is from breastmilk.

All four of my children were formula fed and all four of them are healthy, smart and strong children. In fact, there are many sickly kids out there who were exclusively breast fed. Do not make such generic claims that formula is bad. Formula is just fine if a woman cannot breastfeed.

May I ask if there's a disadvantage in too much Colic formulas.

There is no disadvantage. It is your baby's food and it is well formulated to be good for your colic baby.
